Supplies You'll Need: Aside from plenty of patience and bugging your friends for assistance, there isn't much necessary to bring along on this quest. Three came to mind though, all of which are available as potions:
Enduring Breath -- Required for the Lord Bergurgle camp, also helpful with Timorous Deep traveling Invisibility -- Will help you get around certain areas, such as Sol A & B (when soloing to avoid wasting time) Levitation -- Not really necessary, but will make Timorous Deep runs A LOT easier and faster
Necessary Forces: The chart below is meant to give you an idea of what kind of force you'll need to defeat the MoBs included in this quest. It is based on 50+ players, lower levels may need a larger force. Many variables come into play of course, so how many companions you'll need assisting depends on their level, equipment, skill, etc.

Go to Lake Rathetear and head to the "3 Bird" island (2800, 150)
Swim downward next to the island and look for an underwater cave (2831, -910, -220)
Swim through the tunnel and look for a tower located in the center of the open room
Kill the goblins on the second floor of the tower until Lord Bergurgle spawns
Kill Lord Bergurgle and loot Bergurgle's Crown
Bring Bergurgle's Crown to Shmendrik Lavawalker (3600, 0, - 15)
Natasha Whitewater will spawn, let her kill Shmendrik Lavawalker
A Spirit of Flame will spawn, kill it and loot the Damaged Goblin Crown
Give the Damaged Goblin Crown to Natasha Whitewater and receive Ornate Sea Shell (I)
Go to Timorous Deep and find the Hidden Oasis island (-11570, -2225)
Swim through the underwater tunnel (-11530, -3730)
Swim to the center and through the second underwater tunnel (-11335, -1310)
Find Omat Vastsea, across the bridge next to the inn
Give Omat Vastsea the Ornate Sea Shell (I) and receive the Coral Statue of Tarew
Go to the Temple of Solusek Ro, then up to the second floor (above balcony)
Locate "a seeker" (325, 40, 30), he spawns 9am and despawns 9pm (game time)
Give "a seeker" the Coral Statue of Tarew
The Plasmatic Priest will spawn, bring him down to your group/raid
Kill the Plasmatic Priest and loot the Blood Soaked Plasmatic Priest Robe
Go to Solusek A and find Lord Gimblox's room (-795, -365)
Kill placeholders (Large Fire Goblin and Fire Goblin Shaman) to spawn Lord Gimblox
Kill Lord Gimblox and loot Lord Gimblox's Signet Ring
Go to Timorous Deep and find the Hidden Oasis island (-11565, -2225)
Swim through the underwater tunnel (-11530, -3730)
Swim to the center and through the second underwater tunnel (-11335, -1310)
Find Omat Vastsea, across the bridge next to the inn
Give Omat Vastsea the Blood Soaked Plasmatic Priest Robe and receive the Orb of Frozen Water
Find Natasha Whitewater, she will spawn inside the inn
Give Natasha Whitewater Lord Gimblox's Signet Ring and receive Ornate Sea Shell (II)
Go to The Burning Woods and find Naxot Deepwater (3400, -2150)
Give Naxot Deepwater the Ornate Sea Shell (II) and receive Message to Natasha
Ixiblat Fer will spawn, have him pulled to your group/raid
Kill Ixiblat Fer and loot the Sceptre of Ixiblat Fer
Go to Chardok and find Overking Bathezid Di'Zok in the Royals area
Kill Overking Bathezid Di'Zok and loot the Singed Scroll
Go to Timorous Deep and find the Hidden Oasis island (-11565, -2225)
Swim through the underwater tunnel (-11530, -3730)
Swim to the center and through the second underwater tunnel (-11335, -1310)
Find Omat Vastsea, across the bridge next to the inn
Give Omat Vastsea the Sceptre of Ixiblat Fer and Singed Scroll, receive the Orb of Clear Water
Find Natasha Whitewater, she will spawn inside the inn
Give Natasha Whitewater the Message to Natasha and receive a Shimmering Pearl
Go to Nagafen’s Lair and head to the Fire Giants Castle
Outside the castle is a ramp, cross it to the ledge on the other side
Zordak Ragefire spawns underneath the large banner hanging from the outer wall
Give Zordak Ragefire the Shimmering Pearl and receive a Swirling Pearl
Go to Skyfire Mountains and find Warder Cecilia (3200, -3200)
Hail Warder Cecilia and receive a Box of Binding
Kill MoBs in the zone until you've obtained 4 Pearlescent Fragments
Combine the 4 Pearlescent Fragments in the Box of Binding
Give the result, an Assembled Pearl, to Warder Cecilia and receive a Pearlescent Seal
The human form of Zordak Ragefire will now spawn
Kill Zordak Ragefire with your group/raid to spawn the dragon form
Kill the dragon Zordak Ragefire and loot the Impure Heart of Ragefire
Combine the Swirling Pearl and Pearlescent Seal in the Impure Heart of Ragefire to make Zordak Ragefire's Heart
Go to Timorous Deep and find the Hidden Oasis island (-11565, -2225)
Swim through the underwater tunnel (-11530, -3730)
Swim to the center and through the second underwater tunnel (-11335, -1310)
Find Omat Vastsea, across the bridge next to the inn
Give Omat Vastsea the Zorak Ragefire's Heart and receive the Orb of Vapor
Find Natasha Whitewater, she will spawn inside the inn
Give Natasha Whitewater the Message to Natasha and receive a Shimmering Pearl
Find Jhassad Oceanson across the beach
Give Jhassad Oceanson the Orb of Frozen Water, Orb of Clear Water, Orb of Vapor and receive Orb of the Triumvirate
The Avatar of Water will spawn and slowly move across the beach to Jhassad's spot
Give the Avatar of Water the Orb of the Triumvirate and receive the Water Sprinkler of Nem Ankh
